Do I pay when I send a request?
No. Sending a request costs nothing. We confirm your dates and the final price with the property first, then send you a secure Razorpay link to pay.
Is my room booked as soon as I send the request?
Not yet. We check your dates with the property first. Your booking is complete once they are confirmed and you have paid.
What does the price include?
The room for the number of guests shown, and the meals named with it: breakfast, breakfast and dinner, or all meals. Extra guests are charged per night, as shown on each room. We confirm the final price, including any taxes, before you pay.
How are children charged?
Usually, children aged 5 and under stay free, children aged 6 to 12 pay the child rate, and guests aged 13 and over count as adults. Some properties have their own rules, shown on their page, and we confirm the final price before you pay.
What if I need to cancel?
Each property has its own cancellation terms, shown under Good to know on its page. Please read them before you pay.
Can I ask for something special?
Yes. Write it in your request, such as a bonfire or vegetarian food, and we will check with the property.
