Refund Policy

At Himalayan Yatra Private Limited we strive to give our clients exceptional travel experiences, and we understand that plans can change. Please read this refund policy carefully. Some tours — such as chartered flights and fixed departures — carry their own cancellation terms, which are given at booking and take precedence.

Cancellation by the customer

• Cancellation requests: all cancellations must be sent to us in writing by email, or made through our customer-service line. The cancellation date is the date we receive your request.
• Refund timeline: refunds are processed within 30 days of receiving the cancellation request.

Refund amounts

• More than 60 days before departure: 90% of the total package cost is refunded.
• Between 30 and 60 days before departure: 75% is refunded.
• Between 15 and 30 days before departure: 50% is refunded.
• Less than 15 days before departure: no refund.

Cancellation by Himalayan Yatra Private Limited

• If we must cancel your tour because of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political unrest or other emergencies, we will tell you as soon as possible.
• If we cancel your trip, you will receive a full refund of all payments made, or an alternative tour.

Important notes

• Some costs — such as airline tickets, visa fees and certain hotels — may be non-refundable. Please check with us.
• We recommend travel insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations.
• Changes to a booking may carry extra charges. Please contact us for details.

By booking with Himalayan Yatra Private Limited you agree to this refund policy.
